Regular servicing will help to keep your bike operating smoothly and reduce wear and tear. This can save you money in the long run and avoid costly repair bills from prematurely worn-out components.

We cater for all bicycles and cyclists. Whether you're a pro racer, daily commuter or weekend warrior, we work to understand your needs.

Same-day servicing for pre-booked services. Service lead times can be up to 2 weeks, so bookings are essential. If you have an emergency repair, please call or sms us.

STANDARD SERVICE $129

The minimum service for most bikes. Recommended every 3-6 months for regularly used bikes to keep them running smoothly and prevent premature wear. 

  1. Pedal Inn Safety Check
  2. Assessment
  3. Brakes checked, adjusted & aligned
  4. Gears adjusted & hanger aligned
  5. Chain wear check
  6. Chain wiped down and lubricated
  7. Headset & Stem checked & tightened to specified torque
  8. Grips and Shifters checked and tightened to specified torque
  9. Cranks checked and tightened to specified torque
  10. Bottom Bracket checked
  11. Wheel rims and spokes inspected for damage
  12. Hubs checked for damage and wear
  13. Tyre condition inspection
  14. Tyres inflated
  15. Test Ride
  16. Service Report

Common Service Add-ons:
Drivetrain degrease $50, Wheel true $35, Suspension set up $45
 

FULL SERVICE   $199

We recommend this service every 6 months for regularly used bikes, annually for weekend warriors.  Please note: Dirty bikes will incur a cleaning fee.

  2. Drivetrain cleaned (on bike) and chain lubricated
  3. Headset service or replacement*
  4. Bottom Bracket service or replacement*
  5. Suspension check and top up (if required)
  6. Wheel true on bike (if required)*
  7. Replacement of brake-pads, rotors and chain (if required)*
  8. Service Report

Common Service Add-ons:
New chain Silca Waxed $25, Dropper Service $60, Sealant Top-up $15, 
*Parts not included. Complex services such as headsets with integrated cable routing may attract additional fees.
 

E-BIKES SERVICES

We only work on QLD Transport compliant bikes (road legal). They must also must have a seatpost (no bench seats) to fit in our work stand. We do work on most brands of e-trikes and e-cargo bikes.  QLD Transport ebike rules can be found here or call us if you're not sure.

E-BIKE STANDARD SERVICE       $149

Minimum service for E-bikes. Recommended approx. every 1000km.

E-MTB SERVICE     $249

Service for Full Suspension E-Bikes. We recommend this service every 6 months for regularly used bikes. Annually for others. Please note: Dirty bikes will incur a cleaning fee.

  3. Brakes checked, adjusted & aligned
  4. Brake pads and rotors replaced (if required)*
  5. Gears adjusted & hanger aligned
  6. Chain, Cassette and Chainring condition checked
  7. Drivetrain cleaned (on bike) and chain lubricated
  8. Headset checked and adjusted
  9. Stem checked & tightened to specified torque
  10. Grips and Shifters checked and tightened specified torque
  11. Cranks checked and tightened specified torque
  12. Suspension checked and air adjustment
  13. Suspension pivot bolts removed, greased and torqued
  14. Wheel rims and spokes inspected for damage
  15. Wheel true (if required)*
  16. Hubs checked for damage and wear
  17. Tyre condition inspection
  18. Tyres inflated
  19. Engine mounts checked
  20. Battery mounts checked
  21. Software error report

Hourly Labour Charge $120 
Servicing and building bikes when customers supply components not purchased from our store will be subject to an hourly labour charge.

  • Minimum charge is $120.
  • Full hourly rate will be charged for every hour of service started.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service when there is reasonable doubt about safety or compatibility of supplied components.
