Shipping policy

Generally orders placed during business hours will be ready to pickup by the time you arrive to collect. Bike purchases do take longer as we service them just before they go out the door. 

We ship to Australian locations only.

BIKES - Delivery or Instore Pickup Only

Bikes must be picked up in store. Our dealer agreements prevent us from shipping most brands of complete bikes but we also prefer to make sure the bike is tailored to fit the rider. Delivery within SE QLD may be possible. Please call us to discuss before purchasing.

We generally use Australia Post but may use different couriers depending on the product. Tracking numbers are always provided. 

Regular Post (Courier or Australia Post) - Flat rate of $10 for non-bulky items

Express Australia Post - $15 for non-bulky items

BULKY ITEMS

Larger or heavier items such as full face helmets, folding locks, and some racks are charged at $15 for regular post service.

Extra Bulky items include (but not limited to) bike frames, bike carriers, bike racks are click and collect only. If you would like your bulky items shipped, please contact us for a quote.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Orders placed for in store items before 2pm are shipped same day (if we are open). 

Orders marked as special order or coming from our supplier warehouse can take 2-7 days before being shipped. We do not drop-ship. As soon as we receive the product from our supplier, it will be re-packaged and sent to you. You will receive tracking notice at this time.
