Our Workshop

Our workshop is the heart of our store. We offer a wide range of services which are performed by experienced workshop technicians. We pride ourselves on customer service.

Here's how we do things a little differently:

  • Same-day servicing. Book ahead and have your bike back the same day.
  • Our workshop is open-plan, you can speak to the person who services your bike.
  • Qualified mechanics. We boast 2 of the best in the business.  Nick & Tris have been playing with bikes since the 90s - there's not much they haven't seen.
  • No surprises - Bikes are assessed pre-service and we discuss additional work requirements with you before proceeding.
  • Honest Advice. Our mechanics aren't paid commission on product sales. They will only recommend a component be repaired or replaced if it to.
  • In-depth service reports and bicycle service history log.

  • Do you work on any brand bike? Yes.
  • Do you work on E-bikes? Yes!  We sell and service, Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua and Bafang-equipped e-bikes. We perform diagnostic & firmware updates (when possible) and carry out professional e-bike servicing and repair. Please ensure you bring your bike with the key and the battery charged. We do not service bikes with aftermarket motor kits, or modified e-bikes.
  • Do you work on E-Scooters? No. There are dedicated e-scooter stores in Brisbane that are better equipped for these.
  • Do you work on wheelchairs? Yes, and wheelie walkers. We can change the tyres, and tubes and adjust the brakes.
  • Do I need to book? Definitely. The wait time for servicing is usually 1-2 weeks. Tube or tyre changes can generally be done while you wait. Emergency repairs can sometimes be done sooner. Contact us for up to date wait times.
  • How long will I be without my bike? We aim for a same-day turnaround for pre-booked services. You can drop off the day before/pick up the day after is fine too. Some work may take longer, we will advise this on drop-off or after the assessment.
  • Can I leave my bike with you while I go on holiday? We've only got a small space for bike storage so prefer not to have bikes longer than 2 days.
  • Do you charge for quotes? If you require a full quote, we may charge an assessment fee. This fee will be deducted from the service cost should you go ahead.
